About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the outbound telesales process
2. Welcome call on IMT features and wellness benefits to members
3. Work on lead generation on Insurance plans basis customer profiling (top-up and parent cover)
4. Manage sales leads and mailing quotes to customers for required plans
5. Work on sales closure for Insurance plans (monthly incentive payable)

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales, telle calling, and relationship management
2. Good computer skills (MS Office/sales CRM)
3. Highly organized and able to multi-task
4. Self-driven and proactive nature
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Quality of being a patient and active listener
