About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Processing owner for assigned clients and ensuring that they are serviced and guided well from start to finish of the Visa application process.
2. Ensuring complete visa application documentation including all the finances & background-related papers.
3. Liaising with different embassies, VFS global & authorized designated visa agencies as and when required.
4. Taking appropriate action/ decisions depending on the situation to get more visa approvals.

Location: CP, New Delhi

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Strong knowledge of Gulf countries, Canada, UK, USA & Australia Visa/E-VISAD rules & regulations.

2. Good understanding of the visa application process, documentation requirements, etc.

3. Excellent English communication skills (oral & written), well presented & confident.

4. An ability to communicate effectively with all kinds of clients & students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.

5. Experience in the visa field is essential.
