Visa Consultant Fresher Job

We are seeking a visa consultant with a strong working knowledge of US visas to join our team. Having the capability to handle visa applications for Canada and Schengen countries will be advantageous for the candidate. Applicant should have excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client interactions and visa processing independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle visa applications and related documentation for US, Canada, and Schengen countries.
2. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their visa requirements and provide accurate information.
3. Draft and manage professional emails and correspondence with clients and embassies.
4. Ensure all visa applications are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and policies.
6. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the visa application process.
7. Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously.
8. Work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in visa consultancy, specifically with US.
2. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and handle visa processes without supervision.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to draft professional emails and correspondence.
7. Flexibility to work 6 hours a day with flexible timings.
8. Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
