Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media: Design engaging and on-brand graphics for social media posts, stories, and ads across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
2. Presentations: Create visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate our message and engage our audience.
3. Flyers and Banners: Develop eye-catching flyers, banners, and other promotional materials for both digital and print formats.
4. Emails: Design email templates and graphics for newsletters and promotional emails that align with our brand identity.
5. Digital Marketing: Create impactful digital marketing creatives, including display ads, social media ads, and website banners.
6. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to Moodahead's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all visual content.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visuals that meet project goals.
8. Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance Moodahead's visual presence.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including social media graphics, presentations, and marketing materials.
5. Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
