As a visual designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs across various digital and print mediums. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to conceptualize, design, and execute creative solutions that elevate our brand and engage our audience.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives
2. Conceptualize and create visual designs that align with brand guidelines and project goals
3. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
4. Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets for digital and print use
5. Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and technology
7. Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our brand identity and design system
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
1. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
2. Proven experience as a visual designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
3. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
4. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
5. Experience with UI/UX design principles and familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions effectively
7. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional visual experiences
