Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling displays that align with brand guidelines
2. Develop and implement innovative display strategies to showcase new products and promotions
3. Ensure that all displays are organized, visually appealing, and easy for customers to navigate
4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust displays accordingly
5. Train store staff on how to maintain displays and effectively communicate product information to customers
6. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors' displays to ensure that our displays stand out
7. Communicate regularly with store managers and corporate leadership to ensure that visual merchandising strategies are aligned with overall business goals
