Experience: 4+ years in VMC Machine Operation and ProgrammingCompany Overview:

VMC Operation: Operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines to perform precision machining tasks.
Programming: Write and modify programs for VMC machines to meet production specifications.
Machine Setup: Set up machines, load raw materials, and ensure tools and fixtures are correctly positioned.
Quality Control: Inspect machined parts for accuracy and quality, ensuring compliance with specifications.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC machines.
Documentation: Maintain records of work orders, machine settings, and production progress.
Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and production teams to meet deadlines and improve processes.Requirements:
4+ years of experience in operating and programming VMC machines.
Proficient in G-code programming and machine setup.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of machining processes and tooling.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts.
Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills for VMC machines.How to Apply:
