Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior VMC Programmer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. This is a full-time position requiring expertise in CNC Programming, Injection Molding, and CNC Software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD/CAM software, machine operation, tooling knowledge, precision machining, and technical drawing.

Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in CNC Programming, Injection Molding, and CNC Software (Mandatory skill).
Extensive experience with CAD/CAM software for designing and manufacturing components.
Strong machine operation skills, particularly in operating CNC machines.
Deep knowledge of tooling, including the selection and application of various tools.
Exceptional precision machining skills to ensure high-quality production standards.
Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings to produce accurate parts.
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to troubleshoot and optimize processes.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement CNC programs for Vertical Machining Centers to produce complex components.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC machines to ensure adherence to design specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery to prevent downtime.
Ensure the highest level of precision and quality in all produced parts.
Optimize machining processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Train and mentor junior operators and programmers in CNC operations and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC technology and manufacturing processes.
