Excellent problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving operational issues promptly and effectively.
Ability to perform machine maintenance and troubleshoot technical problems to minimize downtime.
Competent in reading and interpreting blueprints to guide accurate and efficient production processes.
Experience in production scheduling to manage timelines and resource allocation efficiently.
Strong machining knowledge in Fanuc control and Siemens to operate and manage equipment proficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the VMC operations to ensure alignment with production goals.
Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to standards across all outputs.
Ensure the 5S System is effectively utilized, maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe work environment.
Monitor equipment use and maintenance, diagnosing issues and arranging for repairs as necessary.
Train and guide team members on operational procedures and best practices to optimize production efficiency.
Develop and enforce safety protocols, ensuring all operations are compliant with industry regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance production capabilities.
Order materials and manage inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels for uninterrupted production flow.
