About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Export documentation such as Air Waybill(AWB).
2. Supervise warehouse staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
3. Monitor inventory levels, and stock movement, and maintain accurate records.
4. Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
5. Implement and enforce warehouse safety and compliance regulations.
6. Coordinate with the supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams.
7. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
8. Train and motivate warehouse staff for improved productivity.

Other requirements

2. Should have knowledge about export documents such as Air Waybill(AWB).

3. Knowledge regarding export rules & regulations will be preferable.

4. Strong leadership and team management abilities.

5. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.

6. Familiarity with ERP/WMS software.

7. Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.

8. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
