Warehouse Incharge Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain current inventory levels
2. Track orders and deliveries to ensure inventory levels are accurate
3. Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
4. Update inventory management software to reflect current stock levels
5. Prepare and process purchase orders for suppliers
6. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
7. Verify receipts against orders and handle any discrepancies
8. Ensure proper storage and labeling of inventory items
9. Implement and maintain stock control procedures
10. Minimize overstock and reduce out-of-stock situations
11. Generate regular inventory reports and audits
12. Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, and discrepancies
13. Provide recommendations for process improvements and inventory optimization
14. Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Production, and Procurement, to meet their inventory needs
15. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and management regarding inventory issues
16. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in inventory management

6. Hands-on experience with Google Sheets
