Supervise proper shift allocations for Warehouse staff
Ensure efficiency of all Warehouse operations
Assigning tasks and targets to the working staff

Managing inventory monitoring cycle counts and conducting audits to validate results
Addressing Store and Vendor issues to concerned departments
Physical Verification of High Value items on daily basis to control shrinkage as per company norms.
Generating MIS reports like Price variation, Non-moving stock, More than 30 days stocks, Fast Moving, Slow moving, Defective Stock etc. Updating the same to concern departments.
Managing the inventory monitoring cycle counts and conducting audits of Same to Validate results.
Cross checking DC monthly bills of outstanding dues, transportation, & security before submitting to the commercial department Coordinating with operations, purchase and commercial department regularly.
Addressing Store Issues and Vendor Issues to concern departments.
