About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop custom WordPress themes, as well as Shopify themes, based on client requirements and design specifications.
2. Customize and extend existing WordPress and Shopify functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Liquid, and other relevant technologies.
3. Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and visually appealing website designs that enhance user experience and brand identity.
4. Optimize WordPress and Shopify websites for speed, performance, and search engine visibility.
5. Integrate third-party APIs and services, such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and CRM systems, to enhance website functionality and e-commerce capabilities.
6. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of websites to ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsiveness.
7. Stay updated with the latest WordPress and Shopify trends, techniques, and best practices, and leverage this knowledge to propose innovative solutions and optimizations.
8. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal stakeholders as needed.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2. Proven experience as a WordPress/Shopify Web Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your WordPress and Shopify projects.

3. Proficiency in front-end web development languages and frameworks such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQueryetc.

4. Solid understanding of WordPress theming, as well as Shopify theme development and Liquid templating language.

5. Experience with e-commerce platforms and solutions, particularly Shopify, including setting up online stores, managing product catalogs, and implementing payment gateways.

6. Familiarity with web accessibility standards and SEO best practices.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

8. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
