Qualifications and Skills

Solid experience in WebRTC technology and its applications.
Proficiency in setting up and managing Stun and Turn servers for WebRTC communication.
Familiarity with signaling protocols like WebSocket and peer-to-peer communication.
Knowledge of Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP) and Real-Time Communication WebRTC standards.
Ability to deploy WebSocket over HTTP for efficient communication.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement WebRTC solutions for messaging channels like WhatsApp, FB Messenger, etc.
Configure and maintain Stun and Turn servers for efficient WebRTC communication.
Integrate signaling protocols like WebSocket for smooth peer-to-peer communication.
Ensure seamless transfer to live agents for human intervention in customer interactions.
Utilize Internet Protocol Suite and Real-Time Communication technology for WebRTC functionalities.
Enhance user experience with dynamic rich cards and hyper-personalized interactions.
