Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate website functionality to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for website enhancements and new features.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of website functionality to ensure it meets business requirements and user expectations.

Work closely with web developers to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and ensure proper implementation.
Preparing functional flow documents.

Monitor website performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for further refinement and enhancement.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for website functionality issues, working closely with IT support teams as needed.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in website functionality and user experience design.


Critical Skills to Possess:

Proven experience in website functional analysis, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.

Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS).

Knowledge on external integration involved in a website would be a plus.

Knowledge on Umbraco (CMS) would be a good addition.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with website testing tools and methodologies.

Familiarity with agile development processes is a plus.

Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and driving continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
