Key responsibilities:
1. Work on providing excellent customer service through your own passion for sport
2. Share your tips and experiences with users
3. Provide the best technical advice for the sports you are responsible for through our hands-on product training
4. Assist customers in all aspects of retail shopping, whether that s in-store or online
5. Work on merchandising by responsibly managing the stock levels and pricing
6. Provide a high level of merchandising so that each customer can easily find the right product for their sporting practice
7. Work as a part of a shop floor team of like-minded Omni Sports Leaders, practising sport and celebrating victories together
