To fit this job role, you should have experience in front-end and back-end development, creating WordPress themes and plugins, and handling integrations and regular updates of the CMS for international websites. You would need a strong interest and understanding of front-end development, industry trends, website architecture, and new technologies for content management systems.
Key responsibilities:
1. Designing websites and their functions
2. Developing the front and back-end of the website
3. Planning and creating the website architecture
4. Managing back-end tasks like database and server integration
5. Choosing the right plugins for various functions of the website
6. Testing and troubleshooting the website
7. Analyzing live website performance
8. Maintaining website security and compliance
9. Researching technical specifications of a project based on management inputs
10. Ensuring the overall quality of a project
Who can apply:
1. A bachelor s degree in IT, computer science, or a similar field, or equivalent industry experience
2. At least 2 years of experience working as a WordPress developer
3. Knowledge of development technologies including PHP, JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, SQL, and CSS
4. Basic knowledge of Git and other code versioning tools
5. Experience in using and developing other CMS tools
6. Experience in testing and debugging tools
7. Understanding of website architecture and aesthetics
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills
9. Ability to lead and work as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
1. Web servers like ASP and Apache
2. React/React Native frameworks
3. Microsoft .NET
4. Knowledge of REST APIs and MySQL
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 95%
2. Variable component: 5%
