About the job

The People Team is dedicated to supporting Clari's top priority - our people! We handle a wide range of functions including recruitment and talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, benefits administration, HR compliance and more.

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the workplace, including facilities and workplace management
2. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
3. Coordinate onboarding tasks
4. Provide administrative support for the Site Leadership
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for travelers visiting Clari India, providing support and assistance throughout their stay
6. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary planning
7. Plan and execute in-person company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistical arrangements and on-site coordination
8. Evaluate event feedback and implement improvements for future events
9. Coordinate logistics of meetings and conference calls, including meeting space, communications, and catering
10. Work closely with other administrative support team members to collectively ensure remarkable and seamless service to the leadership team
11. Coordinate with the senior management team on special projects, priorities, and status updates

Qualifications:

1. 1-3 years of experience supporting workplace management, facilities operations, or related roles
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels within an organization with a customer service-oriented approach
4. Operate with integrity; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
5. Proficient in Google Suite, particularly Calendar, Slides, and Docs, and ability to learn new software and tools that are specific to Clari
6. Highly reliable and resourceful, committed to delivering results on time
7. Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
8. Fluency with Kannada and Hindi is preferred
9. Ability to be on-site in our Bangalore office on all working days
10. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices is a plus
