1. Develop and execute quarterly/yearly business development plans to drive growth for the India workstation business
2. Plan and execute sales initiatives strategically to achieve sales goals and grow the assigned enterprise product including existing accounts and new market development
3. Manage deals and produce business review documents to track performance and progress
4. Maintain high-touch relationships with workstation team members, key enterprise customers, business partners, and ISVs
