We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented 'YouTube Executive' to manage and optimize our clients' YouTube channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, uploading, and ensuring smooth operation and growth of YouTube channels, in line with branding goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end YouTube channel operations including uploading, metadata optimization (titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails).
2. Monitor and analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics and generate regular performance reports.
3. Implement SEO strategies for better discoverability and audience growth.
4. Coordinate with the creative and content teams to maintain consistency and quality.
5. Stay updated with YouTube policies, trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
6. Assist in content scheduling, playlist management, and audience engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in media, marketing, communications, or related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience managing YouTube channels or similar roles.
3. Strong understanding of YouTube platform, analytics, and SEO.
4. Basic knowledge of video formats, copyright guidelines, and digital rights.
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience working with OTT platforms or entertainment channels is a plus.
