ZOHO Finance Suite Specialist: (Head of function, Junior & Senior Manager)
The candidate should have a functional understanding of ZOHO Books, ZOHO Inventory, ZOHO Invoice, ZOHO Expense, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be efficient in implementation, getting customizations done and administration work related to ZOHO and its related apps.
2. Have a complete understanding of the process from Development till the end of support.
3. A complete knowledge of the system configuration and its setup.
4. Good knowledge of technical documentation of the work.
5. Integration of ZOHO Apps with third-party applications.
6. Assist, train, and create guidelines for the users to understand the complexities of the product.
7. Work closely with the clients and understand their needs and requirements.
8. Be ready to travel to different onsite locations for work if needed.
9. Experience in using ZOHO Finance Suite.
10. Experience in Accounting, Taxation including Finalization of Accounts & Statutory Compliances
11. Data migration from various software (Tally, Oracle, SAP, Odoo) to ZOHO.
12. Income tax, GST, TDS, PT, PF, and ESIC compliances through ZOHO applications
