Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Zonal Sales Manager to oversee sales operations of our reputed client based in Mumbai for the East, West, North and South regions of India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with wholesalers, semi-wholesalers, hotels, restaurants, catering industry on a daily basis. Additionally, the candidate will play a crucial role in driving retail sales, particularly for products such as foils, kitchen towels, tissues etc. The successful candidate should have a strong background in the FMCG industry and demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence in assigned regions.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, hotels, restaurants, and other key customers.
3. Lead sales team, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate with marketing for effective product launches.
4. Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
2. 8-10 years FMCG sales experience with proven track record.
3. Strong understanding of catering food industry and wholesaler dynamics.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
CTC offered 10-14 Lakhs per annum
( can be more for Aluminium foil related FMCG industries)
