We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Manager to manage and oversee the accounting department's operations. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in handling GST, TDS, and filing related returns, and be proficient in using accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, and SAP. The role demands an individual who can independently manage the accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Accounts Management:
1. Oversee and manage the complete accounting process, including the finalization of books of accounts.
2. Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory returns.
3. Manage the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
B. Compliance and Taxation:
1. Ensure proper and timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
2. Liaise with regulatory bodies for audits and assessments related to GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
3. Monitor corporate tax payments, including income tax, GST, and TDS, and ensure timely remittance.
C. Financial Reporting:
1. Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
2. Ensure accurate documentation and proper record-keeping for audits and internal reviews.
