About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with transport for safe delivery to warehouse
2. Process bills & payments
3. Issue purchased orders & follow-ups
4. Get deliveries in time from vendors
5. Co-ordinate with QC & packing for reports & requirements
6. Scan & dox collaboration/compliance & taxes/all accounts related work & filing
7. Coordinate with CA & professionals for all returns/inward logistics

Benefits:

1. Salary + commission of 0.20% on export turnover (approx 8000 ~ 25000 per month), (subject to terms)
2. Job Type: Full-time 10 am to 6.30 pm - Monday to Saturday
3. On job training will be provided by company

Job location : Near Thane Station (walking 8 minutes)

3. Good telephone etiquette/listening skills/negotiation skills/follow up skills

4. Knowledge of MS Word/Excel/ERP/cloud accounting software/accounting/compliance (advance)/taxation & IT returns

5. Knowledge of Gujarati is must.

6. Have relevant skills and interests

5. Education qualification: Minimum graduated, good in maths

7. Experience : 1-2 year experience in accounting (basic & advance accounting)
