Accounts Associate Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial reporting: Preparing accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Book- keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions and ensuring that ledgers are up to date.
3. Budgeting: Assisting in the preparation of budgets and monitoring expenditures to ensure compliance with financial goals.
4. Tax preparation: Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and advising on tax strategies.
5. Auditing: Conducting internal audits to assess financial processes and compliance, and preparing for external audits.
6. Financial analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
7. Account reconciliation: Regularly reconciling bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
8. Advisory services: Providing financial advice and support to management for strategic planning and decision-making.
