2. Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role with vendor management responsibilities.
3. Proficient in using office software and equipment, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
9. Familiarity with vendor management principles, procurement processes, and contract negotiation.
10. Knowledge of relevant software applications and tools for vendor management.
11. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
12. Understanding of basic accounting principles for invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
13. Professional and friendly demeanor.
14. Ability to work independently.
15. Skills: Advertising, calendars, communication, office software, customer service, and vendor management, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
