As an Advertising Manager at 1XL, you will be responsible for securing and managing advertisements specifically for our short film projects. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential advertisers, selling ad slots, and ensuring seamless integration of advertisements into the final video content.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and secure advertisements for short films, targeting brands and businesses that align with our audience.
2. Sell advertising slots within short films, negotiating rates and contracts with potential advertisers.
3. Coordinate closely with advertisers to ensure their requirements are met, and their advertisements are properly incorporated into the videos.
4. Work with the production and editing teams to guarantee that advertisements are integrated smoothly into the film content without disrupting the viewer experience.
5. Monitor the performance of advertisements and provide feedback to advertisers, ensuring continued relationships and future opportunities.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Advertisement Manager or in a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of advertising principles, media channels, and consumer behavior.
4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO).
5. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
7. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
