Encito Advisors, a leading boutique investment bank, is looking for an 'Analyst' to join our vibrant 'Business Development' team. You'll play a key role in identifying potential clients, organizing meetings, and crafting compelling pitch decks. The firm assists clients with fundraising (venture capital, private equity), mergers & acquisitions, India entry strategy, market development, joint ventures, and project finance syndication. Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential clients:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Maintain and update a database of potential clients.

2. Client outreach:
- Initiate contact with potential clients via email, phone calls, and networking events.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients to discuss their needs and our service offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

3. Prepare pitch decks:
- Collaborate with team members to create compelling pitch decks and presentations.
- Ensure that all presentation materials are visually appealing, accurate, and effectively communicate our value proposition.

4. Support business development activities:
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, and reports, required for client meetings.
- Track and analyze the performance of business development initiatives.

5. Research and analysis:
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the industry and regulatory environment.
- Prepare industry reports, market analysis, and competitive analysis to support business development efforts.

6. Travel requirements:
- Travel around the country to meet with potential and existing clients as needed.
- Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings in various locations.
- Flexibility to travel on short notice and manage travel logistics efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or a related financial services role (internships included).

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques is a plus.

- Passion for business development and client relationship management.

- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
