About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional revenue and profit targets.
2. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives across multiple locations, setting and monitoring performance goals.
3. Oversee daily operations of refurbishment facilities and logistics, ensuring efficiency across all locations.
4. Coordinate with the central supply chain team to manage inventory and streamline processes.
5. Implement quality control systems to ensure product standards are consistently met.
6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships across regions to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
7. Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring timely resolution.
8. Leverage customer feedback to continuously improve products and services.
9. Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams in each region.
10. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
11. Foster a collaborative, positive work culture across all locations.
12. Prepare and manage budgets for each region, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
13. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
14. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in all operational areas.
15. Prepare and present regular reports on sales, operations, and key performance indicators to senior management.

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

2. Proven leadership experience within the consumer electronics industry or a related sector.

3. Strong understanding of mobile device refurbishing processes and industry best practices.

4. Demonstrated success in sales management and strategic planning.

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

6. Strong analytical ability with experience in data-driven decision-making.

7. Ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple locations.

8. Willingness to travel frequently between assigned regions.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 7,20,000 /year
