Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver AI solutions.
3. Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
4. Design and conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and fine-tune algorithms.
5. Deploy machine learning models to production and ensure scalability and reliability.
6. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
7. Document model development processes and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
8. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI/ML capabilities and best practices.

5. Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.

6. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

9. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
