Job Title: Assistant Manager - Institutional Success (Techno - Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing Technical demonstration and playing an active role in sales across all business verticals of DIYA.
2. Plan and execute all the scheduled product demos and orientation visits directly or through partners.
3. Ensure support to partner relationship and support partners in Techno Demo sales.
4. Ensure that the robotics kits given for demo are safe and well-maintained.
5. Develop new business opportunities by identifying referrals and other qualified leads by providing sales and marketing information, and follow up information as required.
6. You will ensure regular institutional visit to maintain relationship with Principals and Teachers.
7. Quality assurance check on DIYA Deliverables to school.
8. Share weekly MIS and daily work done reports.
9. Identify trends and insights, and optimize presentation performance and kit demo effectiveness based on the insights.
10. Techno-Commercial Negotiations if required.
11. Getting trained and understanding the key aspects/USPs of the product to communicate to potential customers effectively.
12. Conduct competitor analysis and suggest suitable pricing feasible for the potential customer based on their requirements.
13. Conduct short-term technical workshops in robotics and AI for the teachers, for which training would be provided by the company.
14. Clarify the doubts of key decision makers and conduct the year-end expo.
15. Take up consistent learning and upgrade trends in tech.
16. The role will include travel to different cities if required based on the requirements of events.
17. Provide technical training to the school teachers if required and monitor the performance of the school teachers or DIYA Mentors if appointed.
18. Supporting the sales team in institution onboarding formalities.
19. In rare cases, take end-to-end ownership of the customer onboarding.
20. Ensure success of the year-end expo at the schools

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as an Engineer/ Robotics Mentor or similar role.
2. Positive attitude, very good interpersonal and communication/ presentation skills.
3. Open to travel daily to multiple potential and existing customers.
4. Proficiency in the basics of robotics and coding.
5. Minimum commitment of 1 year

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Negotiable based on last-drawn CTC + Incentives on business achieved
