The manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
2. Sales growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Customer relationships: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Market analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use this information to identify new business opportunities.
5. Sales strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth. Collaborate with the sales team to align goals and strategies.
6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates. Provide regular reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
7. Problem-solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers promptly and effectively.
