We are looking for a talented Associate Accountant to join our team at Bombay Management Association! As an 'Associate Accountant', you will be responsible for assisting with financial reporting, budgeting, and other accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain financial records using Tally software
2. Issuing all invoices and follow up for outstanding payments, issuing all receipts
3. Preparing payment vouchers, cheques & petty cash payments.
4. Salary processing, Entries in tally, Preparing BRS.
5. Statutory payment from time to time: TDS on Professional, TDS on Labour & Prof. Tax on Salary, GST Payment.
6. Cost sheets of events. program register, maintaining stock records for audit purposes.
7. F & A meeting - agenda, drafting of minutes, follow up with the committee
8. Preparation and filling up of fixed deposit forms & investment with Bank & other financial institutes.
9. MIS preparation.
10. Communicate effectively with team members and clients in English.

1. Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices
