Key responsibilities:

1. Define the Scope of Work for each client
2. Create invoices and follow up on payment terms
3. Manage client agreements and closures
4. Expand partnerships
5. Follow up on leads to convert them into conversations
6. Manage team tasks and assist the team
7. Track the progress of client deliverables
8. Resolve conflicts among internal and external stakeholders
9. Oversee all assigned tasks
10. Train and improve the team on marketing, research, design ideas, etc.
