The 'Associate Center Manager' at CultFit is responsible for customer experience, in-gym center sales, inventory management, customer troubleshooting, and people management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients.
2. Walk-ins/trials management.
3. Responsible for achieving the target by driving conversion.
4. Responsible for up-selling.
5. Should maintain a record of every interaction with new users.
6. Should enter all details of customers, and walk-ins on internal tools.
7. Managing center experience and incremental enhancements.
8. Timely opening and closing of the center.
9. Inventory management: Ensure inventory of essentials, supplies, and equipment, responsible for both stocking and re-ordering (first-aid, stationary, water, towels, etc.).
10. Managing classes and workouts.
11. Ensuring the punctuality of trainers and classes.
12. Handle issues concerning attendance, equipment, and space availability.
13. Customer interactions and troubleshooting.
14. Interact with walk-ins and prospective clients.
15. Improving member attendance through meet and greet, familiarity building, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
16. Take feedback from members and partners about classes and document the same.
17. Handle issues that may lead to consumer experience during or pre/post-class
18. Center facility audits and inputs.
19. Ensure that we do daily audits of the center and facility including all supplies and essentials.

Shift timings are rotational shifts:
Split Shift - 5:30 AM to 10 AM (Break - can go to Home ) 5 PM to 10 PM
Compensation details: It differs as per the center that we are hiring, But it will be in between 3 LPA i.e. 22500 after a deduction of 10% TDS. Other than this You will get incentives in between 6 - 10K that will depend upon the performance (sales) that you have done.
