This job reports to the Creative Director. As an 'Associate Content Writer', you will have to create awareness of Prolite's products/services, establish authority, and position Prolite as a strategic partner to HR teams of corporate organizations through your words and vision.
Key responsibilities:
a. Internal communication - for Prolite:
1. Craft effective stories of our products & services that will help prospective clients trust and work with us.
2. Write copy that converts prospects into clients.
3. Optimize persuasive business proposals for the clients.
4. Build a differentiated image for Prolite that not only leads to high brand visibility, but also high recall value.
5. Provide strategic direction on high-priority projects.
6. Establish and lead the copy/content team within Prolite.
b. External communication - for clients:
1. Create eloquent narratives for our client's employer branding strategy that strengthen the credibility of our clients in the industry.
2. Write entertaining yet informative content that articulates complex organizational concepts into easy to understand and easier to follow ideas that foster alignment of employees to HR interventions.
3. Conceptualize content for intervention/event launches to create excitement and buzz within the organization.
4. Help sustain momentum & gain traction through a continuous loop of engaging write ups.
5. Ideate, conceptualize and create a campaign for various client requirements.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Qualifications & experience:
1. Postgraduate with an emphasis on English/communications/advertising/ journalism/other related fields
2. 1 – 5 years of experience working as a writer, copywriter, content strategist with a robust portfolio of content work (Should have led content-oriented projects successfully in the past)
3. Proven ability to write for a variety of audiences
4. Experience in writing long-form content (~1,500 words or more)
5. Social media skills mandatory
6. Well-versed with current market trends and best practices in social media and content marketing
7. Understanding of strategic writing, keywords, etc.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Other requirements:
1. Proven skills in content building, copywriting, and content bucketing which is adaptable to different platforms
2. Experience in SEO-friendly writing, long-form content, and advertising copies
3. Proven experience in developing strategic and creative content which is not limited to any platform
4. A content expert who can establish Prolite as a thought leader in the industry and our clients, an employer of choice
