Associate Graphic Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Effectively communicating design ideas, concepts, and rationales to team members or clients
2. Actively listening to feedback and implementing changes accordingly
3. Assisting in the creation of visual designs, including logos, branding materials, advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, website elements, and other marketing collateral
4. Following design briefs and guidelines provided by senior designers or clients
5. Performing basic image editing tasks such as cropping, resizing, color correction, and retouching
6. Adapting existing designs to different formats or sizes as required
7. Assisting in the layout and composition of print and digital materials, ensuring visual consistency, readability, and alignment with brand guidelines
8. Conducting research on design trends, industry standards, and competitor visuals to gain inspiration and stay up to date with current design practices
9. Demonstrating proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other relevant design tools
10. Continuously improving skills and staying updated with new features and techniques
11. Providing creative input and ideas during brainstorming sessions or design discussions
12. Actively contributing to the creative process and suggesting improvements to design concepts
