Associate Industrial And Production Engineer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, including production, maintenance, and quality control
2. Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize plant efficiency
4. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production supervisors, technicians, and support staff
5. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment by providing training and development opportunities for employees
6. Conduct performance evaluations and address any employee issues or concerns
7. Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing process
8. Implement and maintain quality control procedures, including regular inspections and testing of products
9. Address and resolve any quality-related issues in a timely manner
