We are seeking a talented and creative Merchandiser to join our team at Print Casual Brands Private Limited. Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with international buyers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Coordinate procurement processes for international transactions, including sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts.
Liaise with internal production teams to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of products.
Negotiate production schedules and monitor progress to meet buyer deadlines.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product development.
Optimize production costs while maintaining quality standards and buyer specifications.
Collaborate with logistics teams to manage international shipments and customs clearance processes.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and industry standards.
Manage documentation related to production schedules, Proforma Invoice and shipping.
Provide regular updates to buyers on production status and shipment timelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion designs, international business, or related field.
Proven experience in international merchandising, buyer handling, and production coordination.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of global market trends, trade regulations, and production processes.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptability to work across different time zones and cultures.
Experience in textile or garment industry preferred.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and conducting business with integrity.
