As an 'Associate Product Manager', you will work closely with the founders and development team to define, design, and deliver product features that align with both customer needs and business goals. In this role, you'll get exposure to the complete product lifecycle and develop essential technical and product management skills. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the product, from strategy to execution.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the planning, strategy, and execution of product roadmaps
2. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define and deliver features
3. Write clear user stories and product specifications for development teams
4. Utilize data and market research to identify user needs and inform product decisions
5. Work with UX/UI teams to ensure optimal user experience and interface design
6. Analyze product metrics and conduct A/B testing to drive product enhancements

Mandatory skills:

Technical Skills (preferred/not mandatory):

2. Data analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or SQL for product metrics and insights.
3. Wireframing and UX/UI Tools: Experience with wireframing tools (Figma, Sketch, or Balsamiq) to help with basic product designs and mockups.
4. API understanding: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and tools like Postman or Swagger for managing product integrations.
Preferred qualifications:
Educational background: Preference for candidates having an MBA/PGDM in Product management with an engineering background.
Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 - 8,50,000 /year
