Associate Recruiter Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
3. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for both the role and the company culture.
4. Coordinate with clients and candidates to schedule interviews, collect feedback, and facilitate the offer process.
5. Assist in developing and implementing manpower planning strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database and track recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
7. Demonstrate strong time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
