Key responsibilities:

1.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and recruitment needs.
Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for technical positions.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, including negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring process.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to establish a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
