We are seeking a skilled software engineer and support specialist with expertise in PHP Laravel, especially in building RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of backend development, database management, and technical architecture. In addition to development, the role involves providing technical support to clients, resolving queries, and performing code fixes as required. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services and APIs using PHP Laravel.
2. Design and implement RESTful APIs ensuring efficiency, scalability, and security.
3. Work with databases, primarily SQL, for querying, optimization, and performance tuning.
4. Understand and contribute to technical architectures and ensure best practices are followed.
5. Support clients by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues and queries.
6. Perform code fixes and provide long-term solutions to client problems.
7. Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, translating technical details into understandable terms.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical insights and support.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Proven expertise in PHP Laravel framework, with a focus on building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
2. Strong understanding of backend development and database management (particularly SQL).
3. Ability to comprehend and contribute to technical architectures.
4. Experience in client support, troubleshooting, and code fixing.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical clients.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to manage client expectations and ensure timely issue resolution.
8. Experience with additional backend technologies or frameworks.
9. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
10. Experience in Excel.
11. Basic knowledge on how to use POSTMAN.
12. Prior experience in client facing role.
