Associate Telecaller Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database
2. Introduce company products or services to potential customers
3. Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns
5. Maintain accurate records of the client

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
2. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus
3. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone voice
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
5. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
