Key responsibilities:

1. Own the design language and UX/UI across different products WorkIndia owns, including the Candidate app, Employer app, and WorkIndia Website
2. Collaborate closely with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver requirements
3. Plan and conduct user research and competition analysis to identify design problems and develop impactful solutions
4. Focus on solving problems through design by identifying key issues via surveys, user calls, screen recordings, interviews, focus group discussions, and analyzing metrics
