About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. UI/UX design: Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing.
2. Wireframes & prototypes: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to convey design concepts effectively to stakeholders and development teams.
3. Design systems: Assist in maintaining and evolving the company's design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs are aligned with user needs and business objectives.
5. Trends & best practices: Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices, and apply them to your work.
6. User research & testing: Support senior designers in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to refine design solutions.

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Educational background: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, human-computer interaction, or related fields.

2. Experience: 0-2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design. A strong portfolio showcasing your design work is required.

Technical skills:

1. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Suite.

2. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, and Wix.

3. Creative & analytical thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think creatively about design solutions.

4. Attention to detail: Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs.

5. Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present your design concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
