This is a full-time on-site role for an Aviation Operations professional at Ziegler Aerospace in Hyderabad. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to aviation supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze customer requirements and RFQs, create proposals, quote prices, and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
2. Enter vendor quotes, customer quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders into the system.
3. Research and obtain accurate pricing for aircraft parts from marketplaces.
4. Respond to customer requests and order inquiries promptly.
5. Coordinate with the warehouse team to gather inventory records and images for customer requests.
6. Collaborate with the shipping team to identify the best logistical solutions for transporting parts.
7. Work with appropriate departments to ensure the full order cycle is completed accurately (from order processing to shipment).
8. Follow up with customers to provide tracking information and updates on orders.
Qualifications
1. Degree in aviation, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
2. Knowledge of aircraft parts is essential.
3. Strong communication and customer service skills.
4. Proficiency in using the full MS Office Suite.
5. The candidate must be willing to work UK/USA shift timings (essential and mandatory).
