Fyule is seeking smart, unconventional thinkers from reputed business schools (for example TAPMI, KJ Somaiya, Welingkar, SIES, Alliance, and Amity) to join our team as 'B2B Growth Hackers'. This role is ideal for B-school freshers with prior work experience, preferably in B2B sales. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow B2B lead generation for our rapidly growing startup. You will learn directly from a seasoned B2B sales leadership team with over 40 years of experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate B2B leads and drive sales growth.
2. Sales strategy: Think unconventionally to create and execute sales strategies that align with Fyule's goals and objectives.
3. Client engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients/schools, understanding their needs and presenting tailored pitches.
4. Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
5. Sales presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
6. Pipeline management: Manage and track sales pipelines to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company strategy.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Chennai and neighboring cities
Qualifications:
1. Education: 2023/2024 MBA from a reputable business school (e.g., TAPMI, KJ Somaiya, Welingkar, SIES, Alliance, Amity, etc.).
2. Experience: 1-3 years of prior sales work experience mandatory (preferably in B2B sales). Prior sales work experience is mandatory
3. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to think creatively and strategically
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities
