We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized 'Backend Operations Specialist' to join our 'Customer Service' team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing backend operations related to return orders, COD (Cash on Delivery) cancellations, and returns data handling. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations, analyzing and managing data, and generating reports to support customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Return orders management:
- Process and track return orders in the system.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate returns.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to return orders.
2. COD cancellation:
- Handle requests for COD cancellations efficiently.
- Update records and systems to reflect cancellations.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues related to COD orders.
3. Data handling:
- Manage and analyze data related to returns, COD cancellations, and other customer service operations.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered into the system.
- Identify trends and patterns to help improve processes and operations.
4. Customer service operations:
- Assist in the development and implementation of procedures for backend operations.
- Collaborate with customer service representatives to support operational needs.
- Monitor and resolve operational issues as they arise.
5. Reporting:
- Generate and maintain reports on return orders, COD cancellations, and other relevant metrics.
- Analyze report data to identify areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 5,50,000 /year
