Backend Sales Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create Quotation: Quickly generate quotations using the software while the client is with the designer be swift and accurate in execution.
2. Negotiation: Explain pricing to clients, helping them understand why the material cost as much as it does and clearly explain the cost breakdown of materials.
3. Purchase Tracking and Dispatch Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sales and procurement teams to ensure all client orders are accurately fulfilled and dispatched in time
4. Follow-up: Maintain close follow-up with all relevant teams at every stage until all materials are delivered to the client.
5. File Management: Oversee and manage the quotation and order file from the initial enquiry stage to complete delivery.
6. Feedback and Review: Encourage all client to give feedback and ensure they review us on our social platform after every order is delivered.
7. Project Documentation: Gather photos and videos of completed projects and share them with the marketing department.
